Each year during the month of October (National Domestic Violence Awareness Month) DVIC hold its annual Candlelight Vigil to remember victims who have lost their lives to domestic violence, as well as bring awareness to the increasing problem of domestic violence. Survivors tell their story of abuse and the clothesline project is on display.
